By attending an enRich Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. General Disclaimer

enRich Retreats provides educational, networking, and wellness experiences designed to support business growth and personal well-being. However, we do not offer legal, financial, or medical advice. Any information shared during the retreat, including but not limited to workshops, coaching sessions, and discussions, should not be considered a substitute for professional consultation.

2. Personal Responsibility & Liability Waiver

By participating in enRich Retreats, you accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and well-being throughout the experience. You acknowledge that any business or personal decisions made based on retreat content are your sole responsibility.

Additionally, you release enRich Retreats, its organizers, facilitators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation, including but not limited to injuries, financial decisions, or personal outcomes.

3. Health & Wellness Participation

Certain retreat activities may include yoga, meditation, movement sessions, holistic treatments, and excursions. Participation in these activities is voluntary, and you acknowledge any potential risks. You should consult your physician before engaging in any physical or wellness-related activities. enRich Retreats is not responsible for any medical conditions, injuries, or adverse reactions.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Retreat registration fees are non-refundable per our cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer of your registration to another approved participant. All terms related to cancellations, transfers, and refunds will be outlined in your retreat agreement.

5. Code of Conduct

enRich Retreats is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of community guidelines will result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

6. Media Release

By attending an enRich Retreat, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the experience to be used for promotional and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured in media, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
